1 General Provisions

ck4pro is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and various online gaming services to users in Bangladesh. In this Agreement, "ck4pro", "we", "our" refers to the organisation operating the platform, and "user", "you", "your" refers to any member registered on the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming service on ck4pro, the user must be at least 21 years old. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to open a ck4pro account. If any inconsistency is found during age verification, the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by one person is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck4pro is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent platform. To that end, we conduct user identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) when required. You may be asked to provide the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or copy of passport
• Recent utility bill or proof of address
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank documents)

Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until the KYC process is complete. Your information will be stored with full confidentiality.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck4pro currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to add new payment methods in the future.

4.2 Limits and Timeframes

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck4pro offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is provided on the first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus before withdrawing bonus funds. Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus promotions — including using multiple accounts, using bots or automated systems, or applying strategies against promotion terms — will result in account closure and full forfeiture of the bonus.

6 VIP and Loyalty Program

The ck4pro VIP program has five tiers earned based on active play. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

The specific method of earning VIP tiers is determined by ck4pro and is subject to change. ck4pro reserves the right to suspend or modify any user's VIP benefits, particularly in cases of terms violations.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

ck4pro is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are operated using independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and unbiased.

7.2 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck4pro:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Engaging in collaborative betting or fraudulent strategies
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Impersonating or deceiving other users
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking of the system
• Using ck4pro intellectual property without authorisation
• Harassing or threatening other users

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck4pro platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text content, databases, and other materials — is the intellectual property of ck4pro and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ck4pro.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Please read our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We use SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep your information protected.

10 Limitation of Liability

ck4pro is committed to providing uninterrupted service as much as possible, but does not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by unexpected technical errors
• Transaction delays due to third-party service failures
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error
• Force Majeure — such as natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics

In no circumstances will ck4pro's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by you over the 12 months related to the matter.

11 Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 Closure by ck4pro

ck4pro may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Providing false information during the KYC process
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering
• Inconsistency found during age verification

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed. However, any bonus-related balance that has not met the wagering requirements may be forfeited.
